“Plans to Prosper You” – Jeremiah 29:11

Isn’t it great to be part of a solid and fruitful ministry like

Royal Rangers? Did you know God has plans to prosper us

even more?

As we approach National Council leaders are asking,

“Where are we going as a ministry?” To get the full answer, I would

encourage anyone on regional, district, and sectional staff to attend. National

Council 2008 promises to be one of the most informative in recent years. As a

national team, we have spent the past 12 months listening to the field (that is,

to you), and we have been seeking the Lord for direction.

The outcome? We have many exciting things to share and you don’t want to

miss it! 

Here is our VISION:

  1. “We want to influence more boys and young men than ever, more

        effectively than ever.”

How? Learn about it at National Council!

Here is a word picture of our FUTURE:

  1. “Royal Rangers will be the premier, most sought after church ministry for

         the next generation of men in America—period! It will be affordable and

         practical so that every family and church can participate. As we grow, we

         will remain quick and nimble to learn and adapt to our changing society

Men will be eager to be trained to mentor young men in Christlike manhood;

young men will be empowered to assume leadership of Royal Rangers,

making it a boy-led, adult-facilitated ministry. Personal and spiritual growth will

be fun, hands-on experiential development; friendship will charge our ministry

atmosphere. We will reach every boy and young man by creative methods;

every Ranger will be eager to serve a God-given cause greater than self.

 Anyone would be proud to be associated with Royal Rangers!”

As bright as our past is, God plans to lead us into an even brighter future.

Royal Rangers is an activity-based outdoor program seeking to develop the total boy for Christ according to Christ's example (Luke 2:52).  Royal Rangers provides boys and young men the opportunity to discover and develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, while learning teamwork, leadership, and a variety of outdoor skills.  An individual's progress may be represented by his progress along a structured advancement program where recognition is given for his progress toward each advancement level.
